Sylta Kalmbach (Divyajyoti) is the founder and owner of the School of Life at Quinta da Calma in the Algarve, a Center for Integral Yoga and Holistic Healing since l985. Sylta has extensive (and ongoing) training in the field of Nutrition and Integrated Medicine and for the past 25 years has been working as a Nutripath and Orthomolecular Therapist. She is also a certified Integral Yoga Teacher and Trainer.
Quinta da Calma offers weekly Integral Yoga classes and runs Integral Yoga Teacher Trainings and retreats on a regular basis.
