Paola Parvathi Faini began her journey of Yoga in 1992, which had a deep impact on her life. The love for Yoga brought her to her spiritual Master, Sri Swami Satchidananda in 1995. After this encounter, she lived at the Ashram in Yogaville for more than a year, and now regularly returns there, offering her service in different Teacher Training Courses.

She is an Integral Hatha Yoga, Raja and Meditation teacher, and a certified trainer for Basic and Intermediate Hatha Yoga. She loves the world of Traditional Chinese Medicine and is a Shiatsu practitioner, which she skillfully integrates in her personal and teaching practice.

In 1999 she opened a Yoga Center in Milan with other yoga friends, and in 2005 she founded the “Centro Integral Yoga Shanti”.

Teramo - YAP Integral Yoga Centre

Alessandra Uma Cocchi is an Integral Yoga Teacher, she trained in Italy, Portugal, Yogaville, USA and Austria through the different stages of Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Teacher Trainings, Therapeutic adaptive Yoga and Yoga of the Heart, Prenatal and Labour Yoga Training.

In 2004 she founds YAP Yoga Centre in Teramo, Italy, a non-lucrative organization. The centre is inspired by the Integral Yoga teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda. Truthful to the message “Truth is one, paths are many”, the centre opens the door to various Yoga schools and traditions.
In 2009 YAP becomes an official Integral Yoga Centre. Today the centre offers 21 classes per week with 7 teachers. The four Integral Yoga teachers - Alessandra Uma, Abhaya Elena Di Felice, Kali Loretta Di Fabio, Prema Shakti Alessandra Zancocchia - offer their time & guidance as a karma yoga service.
