Basic Teacher Training Gibraltar

This comprehensive, 200-hr Yoga teacher certification is a residential program where you will learn to teach each portion of the Integral Yoga Level I class, including asanas (Yoga poses), deep relaxation, pranayama (breathing practices), chanting, and meditation.

PREREQUISITES Applicants should be regular practicioners of Hatha Yoga for 6 months, preferably one year. We recommend that all students not trained through Integral Yoga familiarize themselves with the Integral Yoga method of teaching Hatha Yoga by taking at least 10 classes at an Integral Yoga Institute or from an IY teacher.

To deepen the knowledge of yoga as a life practice, it recommended that students attend weekly satsang with Nalanie Chellaram in Spain or Gibraltar; or view her talks via her online platforms. Youtube Channel: Nalanie Chellaram

CERTIFICATION Graduates receive a diploma certifying them to teach Integral Yoga Level 1 classes and are awarded 200 Yoga Alliance hours.

MORE DETAILS This residential programme to be held in Gibraltar comprises of 2 parts and includes the Raja Yoga Foundation Training with Nalanie Chellaram.
